The keeper starts touching the post, reacts to an auditory signal, recovers the centre of the goal and faces two consecutive shots from different sources.

With many short, varied stimuli: shots from 6 to 10 metres, balls rebounding off a surface, tennis balls thrown from close range and drills where the keeper sees the ball late (turn, shot through a screen).
