The most widely used rehearsed corner in the modern game: driven inswinging delivery to the near post, a legal block on the zonal marker, a glancing flick-on and the far-post runners arriving to finish.
Complete organisation of zonal defending at corners: two players on the posts, three headers along the six-yard line, three in a second line, one player disrupting the taker and one or two ready for the counter-attack.
Four teams of four and two keepers in a 33x33 m area: 4v4 inside the box, four attackers crossing from outside and four target players the defence must find after clearing.
Two teams in facing lines: the coach lofts a throw, the header attacks the ball and heads between the cones while a player from the other team acts as keeper. The team with most headed goals wins.
Crosses from both wings with two attackers hitting the near and far posts and one defender trying to clear. Works the timing of runs into the box, the jump and the direction of the header.
