Coordination circuit for young goalkeepers: quick feet through the ladder, a diagonal sprint to the goal and a clean reception of a ball from the coach.
The centre-back plays a back pass and a striker presses the reception: the goalkeeper takes a directional touch and chooses between the free centre-back and the far full-back.
Goalkeeper transition drill: after the save, a quick overarm throw to the winger breaking into the flank, with a striker pressing the distribution.
