Goalkeeper footwork drill: directional first touch and a short pass to a free team-mate while a striker presses the first line of the build-up.
The centre-back plays a back pass and a striker presses the reception: the goalkeeper takes a directional touch and chooses between the free centre-back and the far full-back.
Goalkeeper transition drill: after the save, a quick overarm throw to the winger breaking into the flank, with a striker pressing the distribution.
