Wave finishing drill: the attacker plays a wall pass with a target player at the edge of the box and finishes first time past the goalkeeper. Accuracy, timing and finishing.
Goalkeeper movement circuit: lateral zigzag between poles, a diagonal shuffle back to the set position and a save from a low strike by the coach.
Balls struck into a rebounder placed 5 m from the keeper to create unpredictable trajectories and train reaction speed and fast hands.
Neuromuscular activation block to close the warm-up: 20 m speed build-ups, starts from different positions and reaction sprints to a visual cue from the coach.
Alternating waves from the right and left: the winger dribbles into the crossing zone while two finishers attack the near and far post against the goalkeeper.
